Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging Blackframe Digital for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

Blackframe Digital provides website design and development services for small businesses, startups, and individuals. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each project are defined in a written proposal agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. A project is only confirmed when both parties have agreed in writing to a proposal.

Payment

Payment terms are outlined in each project's proposal. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remainder due upon project completion. Specific amounts and schedules will be clearly stated in the written agreement.

We reserve the right to pause or withhold delivery of work if payment obligations are not met according to the agreed schedule.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and timely feedback necessary to complete the project. Delays caused by a client's failure to provide required materials may affect the project timeline and are not the responsibility of Blackframe Digital.

Clients confirm that any materials they provide (logos, images, text, etc.) are either owned by them or properly licensed for use, and that using them does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, the client receives full ownership of the completed website design and code created specifically for their project. Blackframe Digital retains the right to display the completed work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any third-party tools, frameworks, or libraries used in development remain subject to their respective licenses.

Revisions

Revision rounds are as agreed in the project proposal. Revisions are understood to mean reasonable changes within the original agreed scope. Requests that constitute new features or significant scope changes may require a separate agreement and additional cost.

Cancellations

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. If a client cancels after work has begun, any deposit paid is non-refundable and payment may be owed for work completed up to the cancellation date, as outlined in the project proposal.

If Blackframe Digital cancels a project, any deposit paid beyond the value of work completed will be refunded.

Limitation of Liability

Blackframe Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or revenue results from the websites we build.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. Unauthorized attempts to access any part of our systems are prohibited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
